I used to own a print advertising business
By 2004 I had gained 65 pounds and was absolutely miserable
Doctors told me I produced too much cortisol, my adrenals didn't work properly, and I had low energy levels compared to other people so it would be hard for me to lose weight.
I gave up my business to dedicate my life to figuring out how to lose weight once and for all.
I figured the best way was to start my own workout program (Yes, I started coaching when I was out of shape and overweight)
I started the first version of my Gamp Rhino Gyms in 2004 to whip myself into shape.
Over the last 16 years, I lost and gained weight over and over until I finally figured out the 3 things no weight loss program ever told me. These 3 things helped me lose the weight once and for all
Now, I am dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and professionals lose weight long term through my online Rhino-1-1 program so they can have their biggest impact personally and professionally
We work on mindset and gradual, sustainable habit changes that lead them to long term weight loss.
I help them claim control over their bodies so they can claim control over the rest of their lives.
I have been dedicated to helping others with long term weight loss for 16 years, but my true purpose lies in what happens after the weight loss... I get to hear about grandmas and grandpas playing with their grandkids, parents passing down their healthy habits to the next generations,a nd the giant impact made on teh World when hardworking people feel amazing inside and out.
