Today, we bring you a Two-part special: This is Part Two.

Sandy speaks to four people working in various mental health services and the NHS

Dr. Mandeep Ranger, a Clinical Psychologist,

Charanjot Kaur, a Psychotherapist and Counselling Psychologist trainee,

Jyoti Kaur, an Educational Psychologist and PhD researcher,

and Jaspreet Tehara, a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist.

We discuss our thoughts and feelings around COVID-19; the effects of what has happened, what may happen moving forward, coping techniques and strategies to help us through this time.

Part Two:

Jyoti Kaur discusses the ways in which the break due to lockdown through COVID-19 could affect the education of children and their processes of growth, education and socialisation.

Jaspreet speaks about his experience as a Counselling Psychologist working in HMPPS and in private practice. He explores his own thoughts around the ways in which COVID-19 could affect people in the future.
