After a long iMessage conversation with a friend, we discovered that our relationships are largely based on the metaphysical. Meaning, a large portion of our comunication with our friends, family, and romantic partners are not real.
We further come to the conclusion that our poor diets, lack of physical movement, over medication and obsession with social media further declines our mental standing as a generation and as a society.
