Topic: : MAHC Housing Segment 1—Mario is a potential future applicant and he is trying to learn more about what it takes to both rent or own Affordable Housing in one of the planned communities now or at future date. MAHC is the connecting point for multiple NGOs and private groups and individuals for a regional housing solution many years in planning. As of mid-2021 the MAHC Board and it’s partner NGOs have completed multiple “proof-of-concept” trial runs in various housing configurations. They (MAHC) are close to making a public announcement for the many “wait listed” applicants and clients. Mario is seeking not only to educate himself, but others in this multi-series of questions.
