Stephanie was working in event management in 2015 when she discovered she had a series of food intolerances. She began making home-made gluten and dairy-free lunches to bring into work. Alongside her best friend Kristina they realised they could turn these lunches into a business, launching Pollen + Grace, self-funded from their home kitchen in Hammersmith.
Since then, Pollen + Grace has achieved listings at major UK retailers, including Ocado, Planet Organic, Selfridges, Harrods, Wholefoods and more. Despite this impressive growth, the business maintains its strong founding mission, which reads:
