Leon Reefe has been an active member of FRS since 1978, and a former Town Mayor of Elstree and Borehamwood Wood. He has always had a strong sense of community, wanting to make a difference in society. He now lives in Poole where, during Covid, he has written 3 books.
The first, A Fare to Hell, is a thriller about a cab driver who is also a member of the IDF.
