Peter and Robert discuss Robert's business, a corporate advisors firm that focuses on franchising and business expansion. Robert explains that they typically assist clients with distribution businesses, international trade, and joint ventures.
They are able to provide resources and people on the ground in places such as China, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Vietnam. He also mentions that different taxes and withholding taxes can come into play when trading with other countries, such as a 24% withholding tax they recently encountered. Finally, Robert explains that he has been running his business, under different names, for two to three years.
