Growing up sad and lonely as a sensitive child in a dysfunctional family, Joie Seldon’s search for fulfillment as an adult ultimately led her to realize that her emotions were her savior. Her journey as an actor and acting teacher, student of metaphysics and ten years as a somatic psychology therapist led to her life’s purpose as an emotion educator. She is the author of EMOTIONS: An Owner’s Manual and a life coach for spiritually oriented professionals, with clients at NASA, AT&T, Wells Fargo, Blue Shield and more. Working globally, Joie helps clients release internal conditioning that blocks external success, and take actions that align with their values and life purpose. This fall she will launch the Emotion Evolution Institute, offering certification courses in Evolutionary Emotional Intelligence.
