Description

If you're still stuck in the "I'll sleep when I'm dead" mindset, you're subjecting yourself to one of the most influential causes of modern diseases. Of all the things I hold dearest, it's sleep.

But I broke a few of my own rules and stayed up late eating food. This lead to a chain reaction of suckiness that impacted my whole next day.

The main reason I prioritize sleep is to increase my health span and enjoy my days more. How you spend your day is how you spend your life!
