To explain more, James spoke with Natasha Rose Mills - an Actor and Transformational Coach who specialises in Mindfulness Compassion Therapy. Natasha is also starring in the upcoming film "Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey"

She shares her story of how she overcame a bad breakup to becoming a coach. Then she gives some amazing advice on how to be kinder to yourself and others.
