This past month or more, I've been surrounded by conversations related to dying and death.
My grandfather past away just shy of reaching his 101st birthday. Other friends, and extended family members, have passed on as well.
For me, this sends me into further reflection about their life, about mine, and what next.
In the process of remembering, I was reminded of the final nudges that I've felt before loved ones pass away. The promptings from a Higher Power, a friend, a book, a movie, or an observation. Sometimes I act on these end of life nudges, and sometimes I don't. Regret and self-judgement sets in during these moments. What if I had contacted them?
In this episode I share a few final nudges that I've had in relation to all of my grandparents. And, encourage you to follow the nudges that come to your heart and mind.
It can matter for those you contact. But, it also matters for you.
