This episode of #NowOnTheTee is honoring Black History Month with Dr. Gary Sailes. Dr. Sailes is a retired Indiana University professor in the Sports Management program who focused on African Americans in American Sport. We discuss his current focus of getting more persons of color into the upper level of the game, Douglass Golf Course serving as a model for other courses around the country, and the changes in the landscape of golf ultimately providing more opportunities for junior golfers today.
