Having that first or even 5th or 10th year of experience under your belt is GREAT, but that doesn't mean you stop learning, stop asking for help, and stop surrounding yourself with knowledgable people. This is a short story on that exact situation that happened recently. I tell the story not to call someone out but to help you realize you can NEVER stop learning or you will fall behind because YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW.
