Getting Maced on Our California Tour!
True story: After wrapping up our first tour stop, we kicked off the second leg in San Jose. With plenty of free time in the afternoons, I had the “brilliant” idea to go see what was happening at the student demonstrations on the UC Berkeley campus. Let’s just say… bad call!
Within seconds of arriving, we got MACED! If you’ve never experienced it, trust me—you don’t want to. Our eyes were burning, stinging, and basically shut for hours. We were stranded until we could even open them enough to drive. Ah, the joys of being young rock n' roll musicians with a little too much free time!
