👖 Blast from the Past: My lifelong friend Doug Casner called and completely FLOORED me—he found a vintage Strider Pant Company bag! Back in my late 20s and early 30s, my great pal Hud Jones, his mom Lois, and I owned two Levi's stores down in El Paso, TX. Our buddy "Joe Ocho" designed this bag, and it was so ICONIC people would take it home just to stare at it. I haven’t seen one in over 40 YEARS! 🖼️ A Handmade Masterpiece: Next up, my long-time pal and killer drummer Andre Bonaguidi sent me a handmade, signed print created by his sister, Linda R. He only sent these out to 4 or 5 of his closest pals, and let me tell you, it is an absolute BEAUTY! ✨
Honestly, my birthday was already PERFECT before I even hit the studio... and I think this makes EIGHT birthdays celebrated right here behind the mic! 🎙️🥳
🤘 Rockers Helping Rockers: For the music, we are featuring tracks from Silver Patron Saints—an incredible benefit album put together for rocker Jesse Malin, who is recovering from a very rare spinal stroke. Heavyweights like Billie Joe from Green Day, Bruce Springsteen, Spoon, and many more joined forces to raise money for Jesse’s medical bills. That’s what it’s all about! ❤️🩹
