You say you believe the Word of God… You even have it hidden in your heart… But what does your mouth say?
Scripture says in Romans 10 “With the heart I believe; with the mouth I confess…”
A couple things about faith… Without it we have no salvation. And without confession there is no salvation.
Faith is about speaking the UNSEEN!!
Hebrews 11:1 tells us that “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
So, spoken confession is the validation of our faith!
We say we believe, but what do we confess with our mouths?
What’s my heart saying?
What’s my mouth saying?
Do they line up?
