Does your organization have a mission? Not a mission statement, but a mission. If not, it would behoove you to discern and articulate why your organization exists. 

Spend some time reflecting on what your company does, who they do it for and how those people benefit from your services/products.

Do this now! Write what you discerned during your period of reflection in a single sentence: (We) do (This) for (Them) and (this is how they benefit.)
