U.S. Military officers are taught the 5Cs: Courage, Commitment, Competence, Candor, and Caring. An old adage reminds us that people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care. Care about the mission, the work, and their people.
Take a page out of Socrates book and examine your life. What are your values? Assess yourself. How are you walking your talk? Where can you do better?
Look for ways you can manifest the 5Cs in your daily life. Do this now!
