According to recent surveys, around 2.5 million people pass away in the U.S. annually, impacting an estimated 8 to 10 individuals per loss who are left to grieve. This translates to millions dealing with loss each year, underscoring the pervasiveness of grief.
My conversation with Adrienne Mayfield hopes to offer some comfort and guidance for those who have experienced great loss. Adrienne is also the Creator of the Triage Suite for Healing, a series of courses developed to help individuals heal from trauma.
