Diversity and inclusion are important issues in the workplace for many women. Women are a protected group, and we often have childcare and other family responsibilities that are not supposed to hold us back in the workplace, but that's not always the reality. Cathy Leonard, a Diversity and Inclusion Strategist, shares with us some of the reasons why diversity and inclusion are important goals both for companies and individuals, and also lets us know about some of our rights in the workplace.
