Brad Grayson-Freedom!
“Brad 20,000” Grayson talks about how he started with a small rental house years ago. After traveling over a quarter of the state for work he would make it home to spend time with his kids & have dinner. When they went to bed he would go back out to work on his real estate until about 2:30 in the morning. To remind himself why he did this, and probably to stay awake, he would scream “FREEDOM!” out his car window.
Now Brad has hundreds of houses and total freedom. He runs his own real estate investor group, Bartholomew County Landlord Association in Columbus, Indiana. Meetings are Mondays at noon and everyone can join in on Zoom.
