By the time Bill hit his 50’s, he accumulated an abundance of knowledge and experience in a number of different health and fitness areas. He’s been doing martial arts since he was 18. He holds a black belt in Aikido, Jujitsu, and Ia-do. He’s certified as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Herbalist, Natural Health Practitioner, and Life Coach.

Bill Shuttic is a speaker, writer, author, teacher, and the owner and founder of Ultimate Health & Wellness, and the creator of the BillyStix Workout. He started Ultimate Health in 2003 after he noticed nobody was combining different health modalities into a single wellness program. Bill has created the “Complete Wellness System” that combines bodywork, personal training, detoxification, and nutrition.

Bill was voted Best New Business in Pacific Palisades, CA in 2015. Bill has created a number of workouts specifically for certain groups of people. These include Functional Fitness for Active Seniors, a Seated Workout for the Elderly, a series of Workouts for Stroke Survivors, a 4-hour Women’s Self-Defense Course, and of course, his BillyStix Workout (a workout with weighted sticks.) He is the author of How to Lose Weight Naturally and has written a series of cookbooks including Eating Healthy for a Healthy Heart, Eating Healthy for a Healthy Brain, Eating Healthy for a Healthy Gut, and Eating Healthy to Reduce Inflammation.
