In this episode with Chelsea Phernetton, she shares about her upbringing with her single mother who taught her the value of hard work. Chelsea always had a job since she was legally able to work and enjoyed working in sales. Despite her initial dislike for her call center job, she became successful by following instructions and making money. Eventually, Chelsea found herself in the Christmas industry through a friend's recommendation and has been working in the field ever since. She joined Clipper, the Christmas Light Installation Pros Association, in 2018 and loves her job because she gets to share her experiences with others and help them succeed. Chelsea and the host also find common ground in their sales backgrounds and shared experiences in telemarketing.
