Tips from today’s show:
• Assess the relationship you have with yourself, both mind and body.
• Ask yourself: "How do I feel when I wake up in the morning?" If you use a loud alarm that triggers a startle response (fight or flight), consider switching to a calming alarm that gently wakes you up, fostering peaceful thoughts instead of worry or stress.
• Before your feet hit the floor to begin your day, say three things you are grateful for or affirm yourself three times (e.g., "I am loved," "I am peace," "It will be well today"). This mindset helps create a healthier, more effective day.
• Be mindful of not picking up your device before starting your day.
