Today topic we will be discussing How to Maintain a Healthy Relationship with our guest Chap Roger Woods. Pastor "Chap" Roger Woods III is a visionary leader, author, and pastor with a calling to engage, enrich, and empower individuals through preaching, teaching, and discipleship. As the former chaplain at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, he had the opportunity to present the gospel and mentor coaches, athletes, and students. "Chap" also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with young men and women through various avenues, including sports, from elementary to professional ranks. He is the chaplain at Silverdale Baptist Academy, student pastor at CrossPath Church in Chattanooga, and program director of the CHAMP Foundation with Caleb Hampton. In addition to these roles, Pastor "Chap" actively participates in several community initiatives. He is the co-chairman of the Pillar of the Community Awards Committee, a mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., a board member of the Intercollegiate Fine Arts Society, Inc., and a juvenile advocate for Dekalb County with the Winning Circle Inc., among others. Not only does Pastor "Chap" excel in reaching and mentoring people, but he is also an extraordinary role model. His leadership brings a wealth of competence and exemplary service to the kingdom. Pastor Woods has also ministered alongside notable ministers and artists, including B.B. and C.C. Winans, Tyler Perry in his first stage play "I Know I’ve Been Changed," Shun Pace Rhodes, Ann Nesby, Byron Cage, Donnie McClurkin, Israel Houghton, William McDowell, John P. Kee, Tye Tribbett, Fonzworth Bentley, and Danny Buggs, a former All-Pro NFL receiver. Chap is happily married to Tia M. Woods, and they have three children: Derrick, Faith, and Christian.
