propose is to put forward (a plan or suggestion) for consideration by others.What they do in heaven is not one single spirit's act but they discuss in heaven what to do, is what I understand Mary talking about. If the evil force doesn't have anything to divide or fight against the evil need to turn to it's own to not be bored.We need to come so close to be killed so the evil see it as the won and need to be entertained of it's own, in their wicked way.The evil can be good if the good is patience and not give them energy by fighting with the wicked.I have told you that there is a hierarchy in heaven. Those from the inner city have most energy and will come before all other. Very few on the meadow is able to come forward and talk to me.
