This is a quick intro for this program before we formally launch in the next few days with the actual discussions of the temple Bhagavatam class. Srimad Bhagavatam is vast volume of spiritual literary work composed about 5000 years. The pages of these books containing 18,000 odd verses is aimed at uplifting anyone to spiritual perfection if they hear, read, contemplate and follow the teachings within it. All the Hare Krishna temples around the world spend about an hour every morning having discourses from this book. Our program is meant to discuss these classes from the Sydney temple.
