Whenever I'm feeling a bit low or wobbly, if I write a gratitude list, it changes how I feel.  I always start the list intending to write just 10 things, but those ten things leads to so many more.  By the time I'm finished, I feel empowered, strong and hopeful.  I discuss gratitude in this episode and we hear from a few women who use gratitude in their lives too.  It's a serious game changer for anyone who finds life a little overwhelming at times!
