The Chiefs earn their sixth straight winning season as Patrick Mahomes shatters Len Dawson's record for touchdown passes in a single-season. Farzin recaps the game as there were a couple of mishaps, but lots of positives from the offense and defense. Plus, the Chiefs got a little bit of help in the AFC as the Titans stunned the Patriots. Farzin will go over the AFC West and the conference with six games remaining for the Chiefs.
