My favourite quote of the episode is "It spurs them on, it gives them inspiration to keep going. But the, the joy and the sense of accomplishment that children get, having a medal placed around their shoulders, I think it just makes their day. And it's just one of the things that makes Swan River Half a fantastic event for the whole family."
