Description

In this episode, I discuss Mental Health Awareness Month, my sister, and suicide loss. I explain the importance of these episodes and how they honor my sister's memory. I strongly emphasize the need to move past awareness and take action in mental health. I share my personal experience of losing my sister to suicide and the ongoing grief and guilt I feel. I conclude by expressing my commitment to mental health advocacy and a hope for a future where no one has to experience the pain of losing a loved one to suicide.
