Dr. Collette Alleyne has over two decades of experience in alternative and arts education, with a strong focus on equitable access. Her journey began in Public Charter Schools in Los Angeles, and she now serves as the Chief Education Officer of a nonprofit arts organization. In this role, she spearheads the strategic development and implementation of innovative arts education programs. Dr. Alleyne collaborates closely with executive leadership and program staff to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and vision while keeping the programs relevant to the evolving arts education landscape. She oversees program documentation, evaluation, and impact assessment, working with a dedicated team to build partnerships with community organizations and schools, thus expanding the program's reach and impact.
