As the owner of several licensed daycare centers, Ms. Sparks creates environments that empower children and families. She has authored books such as “My First Day at Daycare,” “Your Daycare Blueprint,” and “Start a Successful and Nurturing Daycare Business: The Complete Guide.” In 2019, she co-founded the non-profit Kay Ray’s World of Services and Community Partners, which supports youth in low-income areas affected by gun violence and hosts community events such as back-to-school drives and free childcare for the homeless.
