Regan Williams is CEO of Seen&Heard, an organization she co-founded which seeks to develop the professional character of foster and system-impacted youth ages 16-23. Since its launch in 2019, Seen&Heard has grown in size and impact, and last year the organization served a total of 136 youth, and graduated 29 youth from its professional development program.
