"...the more you understand human nature, the more you bring out the best in people." David Lee

David Lee and I talk about our workplaces today are unhuman friendly and that they are largely transactional as opposed to relational. We talk about understanding human nature at work. And David explains 'downshifting', the 'reptilian brain' concept as well as polyvagl theory or, as he calls it, 'cool, calm and connected.' We also talk about how we as humans make meaning and that sometimes we make up meaning. David and I packed lots into this conversation and become animated at times.

David Lee is a coach, consultant, workshop facilitator, keynote speaker, and author, who loves creating a win/win/win relationship between people and the organizations they work for. He helps leaders and leadership teams learn how to become "people whisperers", and by doing so, increase their ability to make their organization THE choice for "A List Talent" and inspire the best in their people.
