We continue our travels in France and today are outside of Paris with Luca Pandolfo the chief mixologist at Argotier Cocktails, a local producer of uniquely crafted “garden to bottle” creations : refreshing spirited liquor drinks infused with sustainable herbs & spices. The name Argotier is a playful French term supporting of-the-moment trends in urban metro slang. We introduce the Argotier offering La CouCou which is a gin based libation with notes of kumquat and underlying blueberry tones.
