#WoTsMegDrinking: A Spicy Green
Inspiration: Green in color from the cucumber juice, with some signature Green Ajah spice from the jalapeno infused agave. Recipe: To make the cucumber juice, blend one cucumber with 2 cups of water and strain well. To make the jalapeno infused agave, cut slices of jalapeno and let sit in 6 oz of agave for an hour or two (the longer you let it sit, the spicier it will get). For the cocktail: In a shaker with ice, pour: 2 oz cucumber juice 1.5 oz tequila 1 oz lime juice 0.5 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau preferred) 0.75 oz of jalapeno infused agave Shake and double strain over a Tom Collins glass with fresh ice.
