 this week’s episode of Second Look, WZND’s Rachael Deerfield and Jason Zaehler recapped the biggest local and campus stories of the week. 
Illinois Wesleyan University, located just south of ISU in Bloomington, honored four United States military chaplains on Tuesday at Evelyn Chapel. The event was covered by WZND’s Jacie Hinton, who spoke with Avary Kampwerth, the volunteer engagement officer at Illinois Wesleyan. (00:54)
Rivian recently completed its expansion at its Normal facility, as it finished construction a couple of months ahead of schedule. With the facility upgrade complete, the focus for the auto company is to produce the new R2 model before its imminent release to the public. WZND’s Ben Webster spoke with Vice President of Production Facilities Tony Sanger. (05:35)
After a break, Rachael interviewed Bella Morello. Bella covers the Normal Town Council and has been following developments in the movement of one of Normal’s Fire departments. The two spoke about the possible change and public response to the shift. 
After another break, Rachael and Jason dove into the recent wins by the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams, as well as the ever-closer Redbird baseball season, with interviews from Tyreek Coleman (23:56), Coach Gillespie (24:59), and Coach Holm (25:47).
