Lester Griffin and Marcus Altheimer, two formerly incarcerated men, share their experiences and talk about their work with The Foundation, a Washington state nonprofit that works with at risk youth. Lester is the Executive Director of The Foundation and Marcus is the Director of Operations of The Foundation (www.thefoundationwa.org).
