In TCREI Show #13, we’re joined by Adam Widder, a commercial asset manager and former corporate property manager based in Crocus Hill, St. Paul. Adam’s real estate journey began with a flip in Kansas, completed while he was serving in the military. That project funded his first two househacks — a triplex and a duplex on the West Side of St. Paul.
Since then, Adam has househacked five times, building a reliable multifamily portfolio in solid, working-class neighborhoods. In 2021, he left his job managing institutional assets and pivoted to full-time sales. Today, his focus is on commercial real estate, both personally and professionally.
