and today's guest Greg Fearon teaches this with his clients while working as a Nutrition and Mindset Coach

Being a late bloomer in sport due to his weight struggles, Greg found he had an incredible talent for Sprinting and Football

 

which finally led him down the path of Kung Fu after being inspired by Jackie Chan

 

Today Greg helps his mainly female client base overcome the same challenges he had in life by inspiring them by helping them learn that how you do something is how you do everything
