This episode was inspired by something that was said to me last year that became a mantra. During a conversation with my doctor about timelines to move forward with some health and fertility decisions, she said: “This is the youngest you’ll ever be.”
That sentence stayed with me - not just in relation to my body & health, but across so many areas of my life. It became a reminder that time is a finite resource, and that waiting for the “perfect conditions” or “the right time” can mean postponing what matters to you.
In this episode, we talk about the imaginary cages we can create of “someday” or “one day” — and how easily we delay joy, presence, and meaning while waiting for more certainty, clarity, or permission.
I share different perspectives and simple mindset shifts to help you build a habit of living now - making plans for what truly fulfills you, and choosing what you value instead of postponing it. I always say the best litmus test for being fully present and fulfilled, is when you have a feeling of being truly "alive" 🤍
Life is short. Take the trip. Do what you love. This is the youngest you’ll ever be. Tune in to learn how to make the most of your days, and find comfort in letting go of worry about the past or the future 🤍
