Raising kids, you know, interviewing for new positions that that we hope to get so I, I it, I stepped almost roger outside of myself and I, I said to myself, you got this girl like you've got you've got a good foundation. You might not know the navigational tools, but you've got the space, you've got an interest, you have a willingness to be open present and to listen. And maybe the listening starts with yourself. And so I knew that, I knew some things. For example, I knew what it takes to maintain a good relationship with a growing boy who turns into a man."
