When we think about habits, we usually think of the repeated actions that we take.

Some of those actions are good, but we all have habits we want to change.

Things like overeating in front of the TV or always having a glass of wine after a long day at work.

In this episode, I explain how there's more to habits than just the actions we take, and how we can for new, more positive habits much more easily by examining our thoughts.
