WHO IS JEFFREY S. MCDONNELL?
In the fall of 2011, Jeffrey underwent what some might call a "spiritual awakening" or spontaneous Kundalini experience, which led him to an emotional and physical breakdown. This challenging period culminated in an emergency room visit and a stay in a psychiatric ward. It was here, during his darkest hour, that Jeffrey experienced a profound encounter with Jesus. Amidst his despair, Jeffrey prayed for solace. In response, he witnessed a vision of Jesus comforting him, affirming unconditional love and the simple yet powerful message: “God loves you just as you are today; there is nothing you need to change.”
After 26 successful years as a General Manager at a Fortune 10 company, Jeffrey left the corporate world in 2015 to follow a new calling. During his tenure, he led teams in the outsourcing sector, helping large companies and government organizations tackle complex challenges with creative solutions.
In 2015, Jeffrey transitioned to a new role as the COO of Eden Method, an alternative energy healing company. While training as an Energy Healer, he guided the company to unparalleled international growth. He had the honor and blessing of being guided and mentored by two of the greatest minds in energy healing, Donna Eden and Dr. David Feinstein.
Rooted in faith and family, Jeffrey now dedicates his life to serving others as an intuitive healer, mentor, and author. As a former business leader and trained energy healer, he uses his unique blend of skills to help individuals and organizations heal, grow, and realize their fullest potential.
Family is central to Jeffrey's life with his wife, Julie. As proud parents to two adult children, Jessica and Ciara, and grandparents to two beloved grandchildren, Nadia and Callan, they cherish their roles as “PopPop” and “Mimi.” Their business, Creating Our Own Light, LLC (COOL), reflects their commitment to helping others connect with the Divine through prayer journals, inspirational books, intuitive healing, mentoring, and other uplifting resources.
