Katharine and Seth are thrilled to welcome Adam Schwartz aka The Giving Realtor to the podcast today! Adam was rocked to the core after being faced with what he calls his “trifecta of tragedy.” Following these events, he used the losses as an opportunity to reassess the next chapter of his life and create more meaning, specifically in his career. This is how The Giving Realtor was born! Adam is now pursing his dream of real estate while making a difference. The Giving Realtor donates 10% of his net profits to the charity of that client’s choice. How cool is that?! Adam also shares his tips and tools for navigating challenging times and gives us a living example of resilience. This is an inspiring and fun episode and we think you’re going to love it!

Adam’s Bio: Adam was born in NY and lived in Oklahoma from the ages of 5 to 13. He moved to Florida in 1985 and has been here ever since. He went to the University of Florida and was a Financial Advisor from the time he graduated until 2020. His inspiration for changing professions was his personal trifecta of tragedy. And he now gets to make an impact every day with his work. The Giving Realtor is a business model that he built in order to help people with their real estate needs, and to change lives every day. He donates 10% of his earning on each transaction to the nonprofit of my clients’ choice, and he donates in their name so that they get recognition and acknowledgement from the organizations that they choose. He has 2 boys, ages 9 and 19, and not only does he adore them, but he knows that the way he lives his life makes them very proud and hopefully they aspire to change the world each and every day as well.
