This year, we celebrate International Women's Day by Embracing Equity. That includes gender parity. Gender Equality Crusader Erica Rooney shares her wisdom on overcoming the glass ceilings and sticky floors women experience in the workplace.

1. Women need to be able to bring their whole self to work, not feel that they have to choose either caregiving or a career.
2. You can have it all- whatever "it all" looks like for you.
3. Your definition of success will change throughout your life.
4. Three roadblocks you put in your path to having it all are not knowing your worth, numbing out, and imposter syndrome.
5. Move past the roadblocks by naming them, questioning their validity, and shifting them to a more helpful thought.
6. You are not a buffet, you do not have to serve everybody.
