Description

As a recovering perfectionist, I know all about that little voice inside your head telling you you're not good enough. But you know what's really not good enough?  The way you hold yourself back when you listen to that voice.

Perfectionism is insidious and is goes hand in hand with people pleasing.  If we can;t win, we don't want to play, but if we don't play we will never win.  Yeah- time to escape from all that circular thinking as we explore:

  1. How perfectionism drains your energy
  2. What's different about pursuing perfection (i.e. continuous improvement) and perfectionism.
  3. Ways that the need to be perfect keeps you playing small and in constant need of validation from others
  4. Why perfectionism makes you self-focused instead of process focused and leads to constant shame abut what you didn't do, instead of celebrating what you did.
