Hey you toiling away and not enjoying a minute of it- there's a better way. To:Scale founder and nextgen architecture student Sana Tabassum shares a new perspective on finding the career(s) you love.

1. Try everything so you know what you like
2. Be proactive about developing skills. Give yourself safe space to cultivate them in your off time.
3. Interview a prospective employer as much as they are interviewing you. Work where they'll let you find yourself and reach your highest potential.
4. Find role models doing things that interest you, even if they seem unconventional. Network with them and let them show you what's possible
5. Be willing to share your process. It's almost as important as the finished product (and a whole lot more interesting if you want to learn something).
