Michael Green is an Ayurvedic Practioner and a mindfulness based meditation teacher.
Since completing his first 10-day Vipassana retreat in India in 2007, Michael has studied and practiced different meditation techniques and traditions, including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dzogchen, and others. His personal practice is in the Vajrayana (Tibetan) Buddhist tradition.
